I hope you had a Merry Christmas and happy holiday season with your families and friends.Winter has been pretty mild so far; I have seen lots of bikes out recently, and the golf course where I live is still open for play. Hopefully we'll have a real winter with snow in the mountains but not much downin the valley. If you are planning on riding this winter, remember to keep your bike on a trickle charger and your heated gear handy.
Club Rides & Events
During Q4 of 2024 we held all of our scheduled monthly rides and events, including the breakfast rides on Mondays, preplanned rides on Saturdays, and improvised rides on Sundays. Ride reports for all are on the website in the "Forums" section.
During Q1 of 2025 we plan to hold our long-standing monthly breakfast ride and a new monthly lunch ride each month, weather permitting. We will also hold our New Year's day brunch/ride on Wednesday, January 1(tomorrow) at Mimi's and our annual dinner on Wednesday, January 15 at the Tamarack Casino's banquet room. All of these rides and events are on the website in the "Event Calendar" section.
2024 Ride Contest - Quo Vadis?
The ride contest is now complete. There were 18 members who participated; we will have the drawings for the contest winners at the annual dinner in two weeks. If you have any questions please contact Jim Edwards.
